Welcome to General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital Pharmacy Division.

Outpatient Pharmacy Operating Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 0700 to 1900
Thursday 0800 to 1900
Saturdays: 0800 - 1200 and 1300 - 1700 (closed for lunch 1200 - 1300)
Closed on Sundays and Federal Holidays, Reduced Staffing and Hours on Training Holidays

PX Outpatient Pharmacy Operating Hours:

Monday through Friday: 0900 to 1800
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays
Reduced Staffing and Hours on Training Holidays
After routine review of medications that are on General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital’s formulary, looking at efficacy and cost effectiveness, minor changes are being initiated. Effective April 1^st, 2013, Celebrex and Skelaxin will no longer be on the formulary. Please call for names of alternative medications to supply to your provider. Or, if you wish to have your prescription filled at a network pharmacy, have the pharmacy call us for a transfer. Please call (573) 596-0514 for questions and information.

NEW:
The Outpatient (Main) Pharmacy will fill all prescriptions from GLWACH providers and civilian providers with hand written or faxed prescriptions. Faxed prescriptions will be held at the Outpatient (main) Pharmacy for 120 days.

Please note that your wait time may increase from 1100 to 1400 during lunch.
